Leoncavallo Museum

The Ruggero Leoncavallo Museum, located in Brissago within the elegant halls of Palazzo Branca-Baccalà, is dedicated to the life and work of the famous composer from Italy, author of Pagliacci, one of the most frequently performed operas in the world.

The exhibition space pays tribute to the figure of Leoncavallo, who chose Brissago as his home during the last years of his life, deeply fascinated by the beauty of the landscape and the evocative atmosphere of Lake Maggiore.
